Tim Selby has extensive experience in the property and investment sectors, having held various leadership roles throughout a career that spans over a decade. Tim started as a Commercial Valuer at Colliers from January 2008 to December 2016, later serving as a Senior Valuer at Savills before progressing to the role of Manager at JLL, where responsibilities included Institutional and Commercial Valuations & Advisory from June 2017 to November 2019. Subsequently, Tim worked as an Associate Director at both Colliers International and Savills Australia & New Zealand. Tim joined SARAH Group in November 2020 as an Investment Manager, later advancing to Group Executive - Property until September 2024. Currently, Tim is the Head of Investments at Sarah Group Holdings, having taken on the role in August 2024.
