Tom Springett

Tom Springett is a Director at Savills, having progressed through various roles within the company since 2018, including Associate and Associate Director. Prior to joining Savills, Tom worked as a Building Surveyor at Keegans from 2008 to 2015, focusing on core building surveying tasks for both private and public sector clients. Tom began their career as a Project Surveyor at Dunlop Haywards from 2005 to 2006 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Brighton, which they completed in 2007.
