Mark Rida

Mark Rida has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark is currently working at Saviynt as the Manager of Solution Engineering for the US East region, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt from March 2021 to December 2021, and a Solutions Engineer from July 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Saviynt, Mark worked at Uplight as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer and Solution Architect from August 2019 to July 2020. Mark also worked at FirstFuel Software as a Senior Sales Engineer from June 2018 to August 2019.

In 2016, Mark joined Mitratech as a Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk & Compliance Solution Consultant and remained with the company until June 2018. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Manager of Solution Consulting Integrated Risk Management at Hitec (Laboratories) Ltd.

Mark's earlier experiences include working as a Sales Manager for Americas Territory at IEMCO for Lighting from October 2010 to April 2012 and as a Technical Analyst at Sony Online Entertainment from February 2009 to January 2010.

Mark started their career at TJX, where they held multiple roles. From June 2001 to February 2008, they worked as an Implementation Project Manager, and from January 2001 to January 2004, they served as a Technical Analyst.

Mark Rida attended the University of Hartford from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Engineering Technologies. Mark later pursued further education in the same field at the Ward School of Engineering at the University of Hartford. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Service Management Foundation from EXIN.
