Amy Brode

Amy Brode has extensive experience in the hospitality and retail industries, beginning as a Sales Associate at Nicole's Boutique from August 2009 to August 2010, where merchandise displays were created and customer interactions were managed. Following roles included an Executive Assistant and Events Coordinator at The Lucky Bee from July 2016 to July 2017, involving day-to-day restaurant operations and event coordination, and Assistant General Manager at Macao Trading Co from February 2015 to November 2021, focusing on profitability and operational oversight. Amy served as Restaurant Manager and was later promoted to Associate Director of Food & Beverage at NeueHouse from November 2021 to July 2022, implementing revenue-increasing strategies and managing restaurant operations. Subsequent roles included General Manager at Grand Banks from April 2023 to December 2023, and currently General Manager at Savory Hospitality.
