Savoy has always been more than a hotel. For over a century, it has been a home for travelers, a gathering place for Oslo, and a stage for stories both grand and intimate. Today, our house is undergoing a complete renovation, a transformation that both renews and preserves the character that has defined us for generations.

When our doors reopen in July 2026, you will be welcomed into 92 individually furnished rooms, event spaces and meeting rooms designed for both relaxation and celebration, and a new restaurant and bar where the city and its guests meet once more. For moments of calm, our wellness facilities, from sauna to relaxation area, will provide the quiet luxury of restoration.

Here, tradition is not only remembered; it is lived. Every detail is chosen with care, from curated antiques to thoughtful comforts, so that your stay carries the elegance of the past and the ease of the present.

We look forward to welcoming you to the new Savoy. Until then, consider this your first greeting from a house that is not only to be visited, but to be returned to.

Warm regards,
Hotel Savoy
