Francois DECRAMER has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Francois started their career at Valeo as a Process Engineer, where they focused on improving production line efficiency and implementing modifications for new product fabrication. Francois then moved on to Fives ECL, where they worked as a Project Coordinator, providing assistance to project managers in handling equipment projects for the aluminum smelters industry.

After that, they joined Fives and held two different roles. Firstly, they worked as a Fives Conveying International Project Manager, overseeing the realization of a major conveyor assembly line project for Jaguar Land Rover. Later, they became the Fives Pillard International Project Manager, responsible for managing a project portfolio for the company, which provides combustion solutions to key players in the energy, cement, and oil & gas industries.

Currently, Francois is the Head of the Automation department at SAVOYE, where they lead the team and oversees automation projects.

Francois DECRAMER attended Polytech Lille from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2008 to 2009, they participated in a semester abroad at Universidad de Cádiz as part of their Polytech'Lille engineer certificate. In 2009 to 2010, they attended IAE Lille, focusing on subjects such as Economy, accountability, financial analysis, law, and human resources.
