André Corona

André Corona has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. André started their career as a Paralegal Investigator & Notary Public at Shandell, Blitz, Blitz & Ashley, LLP, where they conducted investigations, drafted pleadings, and prepared witnesses for depositions and trial testimonies. André then transitioned into the education field, joining the NYC Department of Education as a Teacher. In this role, they coordinated services for 70 students, facilitated professional development for teachers, and analyzed data to address the math needs of the fifth-grade Special Needs population.

André continued their career in education, working as a Program Administrator at Global Partnership Schools, where they recruited schools and students, made sales pitches and presentations, and conducted site visits to evaluate program effectiveness. André then joined Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School as a Teacher.

In 2012, André moved into the sales field and joined 3P Learning (Mathletics) as a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region. André pursued new contacts for client schools, facilitated training and professional development, and assisted with program integration. André also served as a Sales Specialist at Pearson, focusing on brand awareness and sales of foreign language, social studies, and liberal arts titles for the K-12 Market. André eventually became an Account General Manager at Pearson, responsible for brand and reputation management, revenue objectives, market share improvement, growth strategies, and coordination of marketing plans.

Most recently, André joined Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) as an Account Manager. André'sresponsibilities include managing accounts, securing sales, analyzing sales opportunities, and utilizing strategic sales analytics.

Throughout their career, André has demonstrated their ability to excel in sales and education roles, utilizing their strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to achieve success.

André Corona completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School, from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Bilingual Education from Pace University, from 2006 to 2008. André'sundergraduate studies were pursued at Saint Peter's University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Political Science between 2001 and 2005.

In addition to their academic qualifications, André Corona has acquired several certifications. André obtained a Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certification from Harvard Extension School in February 2023. Furthermore, they completed the "Nano Tips for Using Microsoft Office with Mike Tholfsen" certification through LinkedIn in November 2022. André also holds a Notary Public Commission obtained from the New York State Department of State in July 2020.
