Bruce Murphy

Bruce Murphy, PMP has a diverse work experience in project management and customer success. Bruce is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Savvas Learning Company since January 2022. In this role, they support mid-market school districts in implementing new curriculum products and coordinates purchase orders, deliveries, and professional development.

Prior to this, Bruce worked at Pearson from 2004 to 2023. Bruce served as a Sr. Project Manager, managing specialized assessment projects for students with cognitive disabilities and large-scale end-of-course assessments. Bruce prioritized communication with cross-functional team members to ensure customer requirements were met.

Bruce also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Pearson from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they worked at CIVCO Medical Solutions as a Project Manager - Product Design from 1997 to 2004.

Bruce Murphy, PMP obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Southeastern Community College between the years 1984 and 1986. Following this, they attended the University of Iowa from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Elementary Education and Teaching. In October 2015, Bruce obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
