Customer Success Manager at Savvas Learning

David LaCilento has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. David began their career in 2013 as a Student Teacher at Mountain Pointe High School. From there, they joined GADSDEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #32 as a Physical Education Teacher, where they worked until 2015. In the same year, they started working at Pearson as a Sr. Customer Service Rep and later transitioned to the role of Sr. Customer Service Analyst. David also served as a Customer Service Advocate 360 at Pearson from 2018 to 2020. Currently, David is working at Savvas Learning Company as a Customer Service 360, and recently, they took up the position of Customer Success Manager in February 2022.

David LaCilento obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Arizona Scholastic Diploma at Mesa High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, David has acquired several certifications, including "Project Management Foundations: Schedules," "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)," and "Learning Canvas" from LinkedIn. David also obtained certifications such as "Critical Thinking," "Google Sheets Essential Training," and "Project Management Foundations" from Lynda.com.
