Geoff Howard

Geoff Howard, MBA has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Geoff currently holds the position of Director of Sales, AP&E and CTE at Savvas Learning Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Educational Consultant at the same company from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Savvas Learning Company, Geoff worked as a Humanities Specialist at Pearson from June 2019 to July 2020. Geoff also held the position of K-8 Social Studies Coordinator at Charles County Board of Education from July 2015 to June 2019.

Geoff's teaching experience includes working as a Teacher at St. John's College High School from August 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Social Studies Teacher/Department Chair at Charles County Public Schools from August 2009 to June 2014.

Geoff obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Canisius University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a School Building Leader Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. In 2009, Geoff completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Social Studies Education from the University at Buffalo. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), was obtained from St. John Fisher University in 2006, with a major in History.

In addition to their formal education, Geoff Howard also holds a School Building Leader Certificate from the New York State Education Department, which they obtained in April 2015.
