John Bunker

John Bunker has a strong background in software development and architecture. John has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Sr. Software Engineer at Xchange, Inc. from 1998 to 2003. John then worked as a Sr. Consulting Software Engineer at Boston Object Software from 2003 to 2005. John then joined Deploy Solutions, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer until it was acquired by Kronos in 2007. At Kronos, they served as a Manager of Software Engineering from 2005 to 2010.

In 2010, John moved to Pearson Education where they held the positions of Software Architect and Director of Software Development until 2019. After leaving Pearson Education, they joined Pearson itself as the Director of Architecture from 2015 to 2019. Their most recent role is as the Vice President of Software Development at Savvas Learning Company, where they have been since October 2019.

John Bunker attended Boston Latin School from 1988 until 1994, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science at Boston College from 1994 to 1998.
