John Capello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. John began their career at 2Wire in 2008 as a technical support representative. From there, they moved to Bed Bath & Beyond in 2011, where they worked in customer service for three years. In 2013, they joined DeVry University as an IT technician, before transitioning to Pearson in 2014. At Pearson, they held various roles including quality assurance specialist and learning services technical support L2. In 2018, John joined Savvas Learning Company as a technical support representative and has since been promoted to the role of technical support specialist Tier 2 advocate. John continues to work at Savvas Learning Company.
John Capello attended DeVry University-Texas from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. In July 2018, John obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert.
