Lisa Riebe

Lisa Riebe has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lisa is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Savvas Learning Company since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they held various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition from March 2021 to September 2021, Talent Acquisition Manager from April 2019 to March 2021, and Recruiter from August 2017 to April 2019. Lisa began their career as a Recruiter at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital in March 2005 and worked there until August 2010. Lisa also has experience working as a Human Resources Representative at the City of Saint Charles from December 2002 to August 2004.

Lisa Riebe obtained a B.S degree in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degree, Lisa has obtained several certifications in the field of HR. These certifications include "Leading a Customer-Centric Culture" from LinkedIn obtained in April 2020, "Recruiting Leadership Workshop" from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. obtained in February 2020, "Talent Advisor Training" also from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. obtained in June 2019, and "PHR" from the Society of Human Resources obtained in March 2012.
