Michael Miller

Michael Miller has had a diverse work experience in the field of education. Michael started their career in 2002 as an Elementary School Teacher at Santa Fe Public Schools, where they taught until 2010. Michael then became a Science Literacy Coach at the same school from 2010 to 2013, followed by an Administration role from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Michael joined the New Mexico Public Education Department, where they served as the Director of Literacy, Humanities, and Early childhood until 2018. During their time at the department, they also held the position of Instructional Materials Bureau from 2015 to 2017. Michael's most recent position is at Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning), where they started as an Account General Manager in 2018.

Michael Miller received their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from New Mexico Highlands University from 1998 to 2002. Michael later pursued their Master of Education - MEd at the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2009.
