Savvy Dentist was born out of a need identified by dentist and founder, Dr Jesse Green. Recognising the operating environment for dentists changed dramatically. Jesse devised the tools, systems and integrated dental business coaching program that is now Savvy Dentist. He continues to seek out the very best in business leadership and dental practice – and bring it back to the Savvy Dentist.

In an increasingly over-competitive market, he has made an art of helping his elite clients play bigger, better and smarter. He is the founder of Practice Max, a 7-step high-performance business mastermind that offers the latest in entrepreneurial thinking tools and cutting-edge ideas from the dental and non-dental worlds.

He is renowned for creating tailored dental practice management solutions that deliver financial results, top-performing teams and smart systems to free up profits and time for practice owners.

Jesse’s ultimate vision – to create a leading entrepreneurial community of dentists.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Jesse is the undisputed authority on practice management for highly motivated and enterprising dentists – a combination he describes as a ‘dentalpreneur’.

He offers a rare big-picture perspective based on his own successes in managing dental practices through turbulent economic times. As an insider, he keenly understands the challenges of running a modern dental practice. With his proven success matrix, he has what it takes to propel already-thriving dental practices to the ultimate level.

Jesse started his early career as a dental officer in the Royal Australian Navy, before owning private practices of his own. Success came early. After buying his first private practice in 2004, he doubled turnover and quadrupled profits before selling it for a tidy sum only four years later.
