Sawkings Architects are a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Surrey at our Studio at the foot of Box Hill.

We are experienced award winning Architects who value sense of place, creativity, environment, buildability and commercial awareness. Our clients and our team are central to all our endeavours. We take collective pride in exploring every project to address local parameters including location,
character, environment, sustainability, planning controls and client ambition.
We are comfortable in raising difficult questions and we take care to listen to responses, using a collaborative approach with each and every project. We always work pro-actively and our approach has enabled us to foster excellent relationships with individual clients, developers and institutions. This ensures we build long term relationships, and we have worked with some of our clients for many years.

The team at Sawkings Architects are friendly and approachable. We enjoy the cut and thrust of each and every design opportunity, always taking the time to explore alternative solutions and ideas. While maintaining a commercial perspective we believe that good design will add aesthetic and commercial value to any scheme. We are confident in offering our clients a first class professional service and we eagerly look forward to working with every new and existing Client.
