Previously, Lee held the position of Partner at Holland & Knight LLP from August 2018 to September 2020 and was a Partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP from September 2003 to July 2018. Prior experience includes being an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1993 to 2003 and an Associate at garrick aug from 1987 to 1991. Lee holds a JD from Cornell Law School, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1994, and a Master's in Real Estate Finance from New York University, with studies from 1990 to 1991, in addition to an undergraduate degree from Emory University obtained from 1983 to 1987.
