Say Ah! is a consumer-led health literacy organization that inspires people to engage in their health and health care through advocacy, education and information.  

Say Ah! offers health literacy workshops for consumers, and trainings for professionals.  Valuable tips and information can be found at www.say-ah.org including the esteemed Tips for Talking with Your Doctor™ (available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole and Russian), as well as Say Ah! Campus™ for college students, and tips for seniors.  

Numerous studies have shown that a person’s health literacy is the greatest predictor of their health status.  

Say Ah! was founded in 2007 by Anna J. Allen and Helene Eisman Fisher.
