Customized services fall into 3 primary areas: Survey readiness, resolution services, and education.  C&A is highly proficient at helping clients prepare for upcoming regulatory audits, partnering with clients on addressing any areas for improvement, and providing the necessary education, tools, and support to be even more effective.  Serving a broad range of clients including hospitals, ambulatory care, behavioral health, critical access, long-term care, acute care, and more.

Medical Resource Network (MRN), a division of SAYAS Alliance Inc., delivers the medical facts on which decisions depend.  By utilizing health science education, critical-thinking skills, and nursing experience, MRN provides expertise and a full range of litigation support in matters involving complex medical issues and the delivery of health care.  The focus is on key clinical events that provide relevant and accurate pieces of the puzzle.  Serving a broad range of clients including attorneys, third-party administrators, insurance companies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, and healthcare systems and organizations.
