Sayeed, Hfeez & Mirza is a team of very experienced lawyers with wide ranging litigation, transactional and advisory capabilities. It was established as a result of a merger between two accomplished litigation chambers of Lahore i.e. Sayeed Akhtar & Co. (founded in 1975 by Justice (R.) Mohammad Sayeed Akhtar of Lincoln’s Inn, Barrister-at-Law) and Mirza & Mirza Advocates and Legal Consultants (established by Navid Rasul Mirza Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan – formerly Advocate General, Punjab and Prosecutor General, National Accountability Bureau). The current partners of the firm are Barristers Hfeez Saeed Akhtar, Haider Rasul Mirza and Shehryar Riaz Sheikh.

The firm deals with civil, commercial, constitutional and criminal litigation in the Trial Courts, High Courts and Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan. In addition thereto, the firm provides a vast range of advisory services to Clients in areas including company law, commercial law, banking law, regulatory laws, amongst others. Barrister Haider oversees the criminal cases being conducted by the firm, whereas, Barrister Hfeez heads the civil and corporate division. He is joined by Barrister Shehryar in dealing with civil and corporate matters. The partners are ably assisted by a team of qualified associates.
