Dean Flatland

Dean Flatland has over 20 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Dean'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Information Technology at Sayers, where they started in 2001 and worked with notable clients such as Liberty Mutual, Raytheon, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Gobosh from 2000 to 2001, where they worked with clients such as Cargill Investor Services and Van Ru Credit Corporation. Dean also worked as a Senior Engineer at Total Network Solutions Inc from 1998 to 2000, where they worked on various network and infrastructure projects for clients such as St Paul Federal Bank and City of Elgin. Before that, they worked as a Network Engineer at PCC dba Valcom from 1997 to 1998, where they worked on conversion projects for Allegiance Healthcare and specialized in network analysis and remote access solutions. Dean'searliest work experience was as a Lab Supervisor at DeVry Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1997, where they managed the Electronics and Telecommunications Labs and converted the Electronics Lab into a network of 160 computers.

Dean Flatland received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Mathematics from Luther College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Dean then pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics at The University of Kansas, completing it from 1991 to 1993.
