Monica Opaskar, PMP, is a seasoned project manager, workshop facilitator, and collaboration coach with a strong background in fostering team alignment and driving innovative solutions. With experience at Gehry Technologies, ECODES, and Arquitectonica, Monica has led complex projects across renowned sites like the Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi and Shanghai Disney Resort. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Sayers, Monica also founders Map Forward Labs, where they guide teams in creative project management and strategic workshops. Monica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture from Florida International University and is pursuing a degree in General Business Studies with a focus on leadership at UCLA Extension.
