Leon Cooper is a business and technology strategist, with over a decade of experience in the industry. Leon started their career at Accenture, where they spent eight years working in strategy consulting. During their time there, they worked on projects involving technology strategy and architecture, business analytics, sustainability, and circular economy. Leon also authored several thought leadership pieces on innovation. In 2018, they joined PwC Australia as the digital strategy lead. There, they oversaw corporate ventures, tech platform modernisation, and partnerships with tech companies and universities. In 2020, they left PwC to become an independent consultant. Leon now works with clients on technology strategy and transformation, corporate ventures, partner ecosystem development, and technology team development and coaching.

Leon Cooper graduated from Monash University with a BSc. Advanced (Honours HD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. Leon then went on to do research in High Energy Particle Physics at Monash University before moving to Quantum Optics at The Australian National University. Finally, they completed a degree in Computer Science at Federation University Australia.
