Peter Mastos

Peter Mastos is a partner at Sayers. Peter was previously with PwC for over 23 years, where they were a global leader in delivering deal value. This included post merger integration, operational due diligence, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and value creation in M&A. Prior to that, they were a director with PwC's Transaction Services team, specializing in financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients.

Peter Mastos has an Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce from Monash University. Peter also has a degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Law from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
