Peter Mastos

Peter Mastos is the Founding Partner at Sayers, an advisory, innovation, and investment business established in 2020. Prior to this role, Peter worked at PwC from September 1996 to February 2003 as a Director in Transaction Services, specializing in Financial Due Diligence for Corporate and PE clients. Peter then returned to PwC in 2006 and served as the Global Leader in Delivering Deal Value until July 2020, where Peter focused on areas such as Post Merger Integration, Operational Due Diligence, Divestitures, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, and Value Creation in M&A.
