Justin T. is a seasoned software engineer and leader with extensive experience in software development, security, compliance, and artificial intelligence safety. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Sayvant since April 2025, Justin has held various leadership roles, including Director of Security, Compliance, and AI Safety at Lifelink Systems from February 2021 to December 2024, and Principal Engineer at Autodesk. Justin's background includes significant tenures as Lead Engineer at Nike, Senior Software Engineer at Lifelink Systems, and Software Developer at Cisco, among others. A graduate of Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with a Master's in Management in Clinical Informatics, Justin also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
