John Cisco

CFO Associate Principal at SB Architects

John Cisco has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles in the hospitality and real estate industries. John started their career in 1986 as a Controller at Angel Fire Corporation, where they oversaw the financial operations of a large real estate development in New Mexico. John then worked as a Controller at Carefree Resorts, managing the financial aspects of boutique hotel properties in Arizona.

In 1990, John became the CFO of Fidelity Castle Pines, overseeing the real estate holdings and development of a luxury gated community in Colorado. John then joined Tradition Concepts as CFO, where they focused on land development and custom home building in the Denver area.

John's next role was as the Controller at Carmel Valley Ranch, a luxury resort development in California, where they managed the financial operations and amenities of the property.

In 1999, John became the Financial Controller at Southcorp Wines of North America, responsible for sales and marketing in the US, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America.

From 2002 to 2008, they served as the VP of Accounting & Finance at Auberge Resorts, overseeing financial reporting and performance for luxury hotel properties and real estate.

Most recently, John has been working as the CFO and Associate Principal at SB Architects, a firm specializing in large-scale hotel, resort, and residential projects globally.

John Cisco attended the UNM Anderson School of Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting.
