We’re here to help you move better, feel stronger, and live pain free. As an award-winning family-run physiotherapy clinic in Horley, we’re passionate about truly understanding your pain or injury, listening to your goals, and creating a tailored physiotherapy treatment plan that gets results – so you can get back to doing the things you love with confidence.

Founded in 2015, we’ve grown from a single rented room to a trusted team offering expert physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and Physio-led Pilates in our welcoming clinic on Reigate Road, or fully equipped Rehab Gym and Pilates Studio on Meath Grean Lane.

Our Physio at Home Team also provide home physiotherapy across Horley and surrounding areas. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or overcoming a sports injury, our experienced team is here to support your health, mobility, and wellbeing at every stage of life.

At SB Physiotherapy, we specialise in helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries, and build lasting strength and confidence in their bodies.

From hands-on physiotherapy and tailored rehabilitation programmes to expert-led Pilates, exercise sessions, and home-based treatments, our dedicated team combines clinical expertise with a caring approach to support your health, mobility, and wellbeing at every stage of life.
