S&B Properties was formed to offer a new approach to lettings and property management. We are an agency formed by landlords for landlords. In our last 10 years through working for or dealing with other agencies we have experienced all the common trait problems that everyone has dealt with. We are different. We have no hidden costs, offer all services with no inflated fees and are fully transparent to all concerned. We are one of the few agencies in the UK that are fully cloud based allowing you full access to all your information from anywhere in the world. You will rarely have to call us with issues as you will have everything you need at your fingertips.

Our main focus is on getting the right people for the right property with no stress and no cost. Being cost effective does not mean a reduction in our high quality service. Having been involved in all aspects of the industry from being tenants to landlords ourselves we know what you expect from an agency you want to use.

We have a approachable, experienced and honest approach to dealing with clients as we can honestly say we have been there ourselves and have managed to help hundreds of people to be happy and content that they are with the right agency.

You will never be lost or uninformed about what is going on with either your property or tenancy as it is fully accessible online. Whether its seeing statements, reporting maintenance, seeing renewals and other documentation relating to you it is all there for you.

Our offices are located on York Place in Leeds, but we operate efficiently in Manchester, Bradford, Sheffield and Middlesbrough. With our small, friendly and efficient office staff we are always on hand to answer all your questions and queries. So why wait give us a call and get one of our staff to explain our services & packages.
