Bryan Weber has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bryan started their career as a Staff Assistant in the Office of Congressman Michael N Castle, where they provided assistance in forming policies and initiatives. Bryan also worked as a Campaign Manager for Castle for Congress 2000, managing a multi-million dollar campaign for a United States Representative seat.
Moving forward, Bryan joined BC Consulting as a Community Consultant, where they controlled and executed community accounts and coordinated lobbying efforts with state officials. Bryan then became an Attorney at Bai Pollock Blueweiss & Mulcahey, PC, specializing in medical malpractice and professional liability matters.
Bryan continued their legal career at Byrne & O'Neill, LLP as a Senior Associate, focused on complex commercial litigation related to construction, design, and professional liability. Bryan later joined the City of Delray Beach as the Chairman of the Education Board, playing an active role in advising the City Commission on educational issues and promoting educational programming.
In 2014, Bryan joined SBA Communications as a Senior Principal Corporate Counsel, providing legal support for real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts, and various areas of corporate and commercial law.
Finally, in 2017, Bryan became a Co-Owner of In Downtown Title, a full-service title insurance agency that offers a better title insurance experience to real estate professionals and their clients.

Bryan Weber earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Economics with a minor in Latin American Studies at the University of Delaware from 1996 to 2000. Furthermore, they are a member of the Florida Bar since 2015, the Connecticut Bar since 2004, and the New York Bar since 2004.
