Alexis E.

Alexis is the newest team member of SBA Direct, she joined the company in Winter 2020. She comes from a retail banking background. Her role is to supervise pipeline workflow, ensure proper file onboarding of new deals and serve as a point of contact for borrower issues and support. She also makes initial contact with borrowers, collects loan packaging and underwriting documents, and reviews loan files for accuracy and completeness.

Lastly, she works with loan packagers to support timely and compliant loan closings. She is also the point of contact for their lending partners’ sales and admin team members. Alexis is passionate about helping people. She also enjoys drawing and watching movies and learning new things that encourage personal growth.
