Mike Abusway

Mike Abusway is currently the Senior Vice President of North America Operations at Sbarro, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served in various operational roles at Sbarro from 1991 to 2002, including Regional Director and Vice President of Operations. Additionally, Mike worked as the Director of Operations at Arby's Restaurant Group from 2002 to 2007 and as an Area Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2007 to 2010. Mike attended the University of Cincinnati, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering from 1990 to 1992.
