Philippe Jore

VP of International Culinary and Training

Philippe Jore served as the International Director of Training and Development at Sbarro from 1999 to 2009, where they held various leadership roles, including VP of International Culinary and Training. From 2010 to 2013, Philippe worked as a Regional Manager at Groupe Vendôme. Currently, Philippe is the Vice President of International Operations for Europe and Russia at Sbarro. Philippe earned a CAP/BEP degree from Ecole Hôtelière Saint Anne between 1973 and 1976.
