Andreas Bergmann is currently a Mental Coach, providing support to individuals in both professional and personal environments to help them maximize their performance potential, a role held since August 2024. Prior to this position, Andreas was the Center Leader for Servant Leaders at SBB CFF FFS from August 2022. Experience in human resources includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Heinz Hänggi Stanztechnik from June 2020 to July 2022, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Adecco Group from July 2015 to May 2020, and HR Consultant for Top Management and Corporate Areas at SBB from February 2012 to June 2015. An earlier sabbatical was taken from October 2010 to January 2012. Andreas holds a NDS HF degree in Human Resources, earned at WKS Bern between 2008 and 2010.
