Benjamin Previdoli earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and later a Master of Science in the same field from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. During their studies, they developed a strong interest in biomechanics and production management, which led to a master's project focused on optimizing internal transport at the CFF workshops in Yverdon. After completing their education, Benjamin worked as a Technical Trainee at CFF, participating in various projects before becoming a Senior Specialist in Rail Production. Currently, they serve as the analysis team leader for rail production at SBB CFF FFS, where they focus on defining measures to correct production discrepancies and optimizing workflows through data analysis.
