Bernhard Rytz is currently the Chief IT Architect and Head of Strategy, Architecture & Quality at SBB, where they oversee a team of 100 employees and manage a development portfolio of 200 million CHF annually. Previously, they held various roles at ELCA Informatique SA, where they grew an office from 1 to 30 employees and managed large-scale projects in finance and public sectors. Bernhard also served as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and Berner Fachhochschule BFH, focusing on programming and enterprise architecture. They earned a degree in Computer Science from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen.
