Frédéric Mühlethaler is a seasoned people leader with a strong understanding of technology and a systematic perspective. In their past role as Recruiting Partner at BKW AG, they contributed significantly to employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. Currently, Frédéric serves as the Head of IT Recruiting & Active Sourcing at SBB CFF FFS, where they manage a team of recruitment partners and address talent shortages.
