Jonathan Shaha completed a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London from 1996 to 1999. They served as a research assistant and doctoral candidate before taking on the role of project manager at HBI Haerter - Beratende Ingenieure from 1999 to 2007, where they directed projects focused on aerodynamics and safety in long railway and subway tunnels.
