Marco Fedeli, MBA, is an experienced civil engineer and project management professional with a strong background in infrastructure development and management. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Marco has held key positions at various organizations, including Senior Civil Designer at Primetals Technologies, Structural Project Leader at Arup, Consultant & Designer at SOIL, Infrastructure Business Unit Manager at MWH, and currently serves as Head of Project Management, Planning, and Execution at SBB CFF FFS. Marco has demonstrated expertise in leading engineering teams, managing large-scale projects, overseeing financial performance, and driving cost-saving initiatives, while actively supporting digital transformation efforts within the railway sector in Switzerland.
