Michael Baumann currently serves as Leiter Services and Fachleiter Operative Steuerung at SBB CFF FFS since March 2020. Michael's extensive experience in the retail sector includes roles at Media Markt Management AG, where a position as Group Product Manager for Photo, Video, Actioncam, and Drones was held from October 2015 to August 2019, and various managerial and consulting roles at Media Markt from May 2007 to September 2015. Educational accomplishments include obtaining a Remote Pilot Certificate from BAZL in December 2022, certification as an ECR Category Manager from GS1 Switzerland in 2017, and completing vocational training as a tile and mosaic setter.
