Ralf Siemon

Ralf Siemon has over 25 years of experience in the railway industry, including notable roles as a Senior Netzmanager and Bereichsleiter at SBB CFF FFS from 2015 to 2020, and as Leiter Ausführung Bau at Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn SZU AG from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Ralf works as a Projektleiter und Berater at Rosenthaler + Partner AG. Ralf holds a MAS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ZHAW School of Engineering (2011-2013) and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Construction Engineering from Hochschule Mainz (1997-2003). Additionally, Ralf is pursuing a CAS in Change Management, Organisationsberatung und -entwicklung at ZHAW IAP Institut für Angewandte Psychologie (2024-2025).
