Sandra Iseli

Sandra Iseli is currently the Co-Leiterin of the Fachbereich Fahrzeuge and is involved in Personal-, Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung at SBB CFF FFS. They have extensive experience in human resources, including roles as an HR Businesspartnerin and Teamlead in various capacities, where they planned and organized significant events and educational offerings. Before joining SBB CFF FFS, Sandra served as the Verantwortliche Berufsbildung at Visana Services AG, overseeing the vocational training program across Switzerland. They have been active in teaching HR professionals since 2013 and continuously pursue further education, currently enrolled in an HR-Businesspartner program at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW.
