Simon Z. has been with SBB CFF FFS since November 2008, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Process and Organisational Development, where responsibilities include defining key metrics and refining the corporate architecture. Simon Z. has held several significant positions, including Head of Corporate Personnel Controlling & Data Management, Head of Strategy & Planning Sales & Marketing Division, and Program Director for the Léman Express, overseeing a major cross-border commuter railway initiative. Additionally, Simon Z. has lectured in HR-Controlling at Berner Fachhochschule BFH and has experience in management roles at >transferis, PostFinance, MeteoSwiss, and Berner Kantonalbank AG. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from ETH Zürich and an Executive MBA focused on Service Excellence and Project Leadership.
