Tim Schultz

Tim Schultz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, information security, and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Lead Risk & Governance at SBB CFF FFS since June 2020, Tim drives strategic development initiatives and implements collaborative governance frameworks. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect where Tim established Lean-Governance practices and Analyst for Strategic Technology Management, leading a technology radar initiative and overseeing innovation funding. Tim also contributes to academia as a lecturer at ETH Zürich and has a robust background in electrical engineering, holding a Ph.D. from ETH Zürich and a Master’s from RWTH Aachen University. Additionally, Tim is pursuing a CAS in Digital Leadership at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
