Jonathan Max

Jonathan Max is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Director of People & Organisational Development at SBC. They have extensive experience in various sectors, including Investment Banking, Specialist Banking, and Gaming, as well as a strong background in FinTech and RegTech startups. Previously, Jonathan worked at Nomura International as EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Project Management, where they played a key role in developing a Global Competency Framework and compliance strategies. They also held positions at Lehman Brothers, AlgoMe, and PeopleClear™ SMCR, contributing to significant HR and regulatory projects throughout their career. Jonathan obtained education from the University of Surrey and Whitgift School.
