Kyle Tallman

Kyle Tallman has a diverse work experience. Kyle started their career in 2013 as an Interior Painter at Fortier Commercial Interior Painting. In 2014, they worked as a Dishwasher at Berkshire Dining Commons. From 2015 to 2016, they worked in Systems and IT at University Health Services. In 2016, they interned as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Intern at Hartford Steam Boiler. In 2017, they worked as a Film Intern at UMass Film Department, where they worked on the department's website and assisted in organizing the spring film festival. In 2018, they joined ArcLight Consulting as a Technical Consultant, where they worked on various projects including creating data extracts and custom functionality within Oracle HCM Cloud installation. Also in 2018, they joined the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group as a Software Developer. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at SBE Vision, Inc., where they designed and implemented new features and APIs for both the front end and back end. Kyle also worked on connectors and plugins, including designing and building a Microsoft Excel plugin. From 2022 to the present, they have been a Software Engineer II at Meltwater, where they were part of the team responsible for the Universal Analytics solution using JavaScript and AWS lambdas. Overall, Kyle Tallman has gained experience in software engineering, technical consulting, and film production throughout their career.

Kyle Tallman has a diverse education history. Kyle began by earning their High School Diploma at Minnechaug Regional High School from 2010 to 2014. Kyle then pursued their passion for Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from 2014 to 2018. During their time at UMass Amherst, they also completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Film from 2015 to 2018.

Continuing their education, Kyle attended Cornell University in 2019 and earned a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management. Additionally, they pursued their interest in music and obtained several certifications from reputable institutions. Kyle completed certifications in Musicianship, Business of Music Production, Electronic Music Production, Music Business, Independent Musician, and Music Production from Berklee College of Music in 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Music Theory from The University of Edinburgh in 2019.

Before completing their formal education, Kyle also obtained two certifications in Oracle Applications Cloud Security Implementation Specialist and Oracle Applications Cloud Data Implementation Specialist from Oracle in 2018.
