David Mangual is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in renowned hospitality establishments. As Co-Founder of Smoke & Fire since April 2020 and Executive Chef at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, overseeing operations at Hyde T-Mobile Arena and Double Barrel Roadhouse since January 2014, David has demonstrated strong leadership in the culinary field. Previously, David held the position of Corporate Executive Chef/Partner at Hospitality Boulevard from August 2017 to April 2020, and served as Sous Chef at Bellagio from December 2004 to January 2014, working in prestigious locations such as Osteria del Circo and Sensi. David's culinary journey began at The Mirage from April 1995 to December 2004 as Chef de Partie at the Michelin-rated and AAA five-diamond restaurant, Renoir. David holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the College of Southern Nevada, completed between 1998 and 2002.
