Igor Nechaev

Igor Nechaev is the Executive Director and CX-head at SberDevices, a position held since 2021, where they focus on developing customer metrics management and fostering a customer experience-oriented culture. They previously worked as the Head of the Product Technologist Department at OJSC Vimpelcom from 2007 to 2014, leading new product development across various business sectors. Igor held expert and managerial positions in technology and product development at Beeline Russia from 1997 to 2007 and served as the Head of the Product Design Department at VimpelCom from 2014 to 2016, driving innovation and product support. They also managed project portfolios and budget at Sberbank from 2016 to 2020, contributing to the agile transformation and automation of business processes. Igor earned a Master's degree in Informatics and Economics from Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences.
