Daria B. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Daria currently works as a Human Resources Officer at SBG Systems, where they are responsible for tech talent attraction and recruitment, learning and development, school relations, and employer branding. Prior to this, Daria worked as a Logistics and Administration Coordinator at KT - Kinetics Technology and as an International HR Advisor at VSL International Ltd. Daria also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Technip and as a Human Resources Generalist at Tecnicas Reunidas and SakhalinNefteGasServise - Sakhalin II Project.

Daria B. began their education in 2010 at Active Education where they obtained a certification as an HR Specialist, focusing on HR software, Labor Code, and Labor Workflow. Daria then went on to complete their MSc in Linguistics at Sakhalin State University from 2005 to 2010, specializing in Translator/Interpreter for English and German languages.

In 2016, Daria attended Eventrix to study HR & Payroll Management, although they did not earn a degree from this institution. Following this, they pursued an MSc (M2) International Human Resources & Performance Management from SKEMA Business School between 2019 and 2020.
