We are SBH Plus. A full-service talent acquisition agency with global reach and deep expertise across various industries including beauty, creative, food & bev, hospitality, tech, and more!

We have 40+ years of experience with a proven track-record of long-lasting relationships and innovation.

For our clients, finding the right candidate is crucial to their business, and for our candidates, finding the right company is crucial to their livelihood and well-being.

Our team is small, agile, and heavily invested in the entire process. As a family founded agency, we take the time to get to know one another and our clients.

We take the time to understand your company culture, benefits, and specific nuances of each role we work on with you.

For our candidates, that means having real conversations and understanding their goals, skills, personality, and the type of environment in which they would thrive.

We don’t believe there is a one-size fits all strategy, and so we’ve re-imagined the experience to bring transparency, trust, and a little bit of fun into every interaction.
