SBHMentoring is a one-woman business, dedicated to empowering empathetic, sensitive women to reconnect to their SOUL (Self, Others, the Universe, Life) so that they can enjoy healthy relationships, both at home and in the workplace, heal their emotional and energetic blocks and embody their potential.

SBHMentoring is for you if:
* you want to break free of never feeling good enough
* you're living by someone else’s rules, dreams or desires
* you're looking for guidance because you feel like you’ve lost your way.

Saran Brown Haté works with women who identify as people pleasers, perfectionists, and high achievers. Whether it’s learning to understand themselves, be kinder to themselves or transform their way of thinking so that they can have healthy relationships with themselves and others, connect to the Universe and live a life free of guilt, judgement and fear, she holds a safe, empathetic space for them to explore their inner resources, connect to their inner child and discover their true self.

Very often, their confidence, inner light and power have been buried underneath layers of self-doubt, unhealthy relationships and lack of energy. They’re the kind of woman who smiles on the outside and cries on the inside. They’re a woman of conviction even if they’re unable to express this.
